Judges III
Judges 7:7-8:35
1. How many will save all of Israel? V7:7 How many Midianites and Amalekites were there? V 12
2. V. 16-20 What is the plan of attack? What did the enemy do in verse 21?
3. Who is offended? V.8:1 What are they upset about? How did Gideon fix this in 8:2,3
4. 8:4,5 Gideon and his 300 men are in need of what? What was the answer from the Succoth Princes? ( which they were protecting! ) v. 6
Again it happens in 8:8,9. Why did they do this? Do we do the same thing?
5. What is 8:27 talking about? How can we avoid a ‘snare’ like this?
(Have you ever had good intentions about something and it went wrong? How can we avoid such problems?)
6. As soon as Gideon dies what happens? 8:33,34 Notice what else happens in v 35.

1. This is an odd story, what is mentioned specifically about Ehud? V3:15 Who is the king? v17 How did he die?18-26
2. Where did the enemy come from? 4:2 “sold them into the hand of Jabin king of ________________” Why would this happen?
3. How long did they wait until they asked for help from God? 4:3
4. The next judge was who 4:4 Barak would not go unless what? V.8 Who then kills the enemy? 4:21
5. 5:7 Deborah refers to herself as a __________. What would be the attributes of that position?
6. In all these verses -3:11,3:30, 5:31 the children of Israel got rid of the enemy (sin) and then they had what? Would that still hold true today?
